Job Overview:
As a Kitchen Steward, you will play a crucial role in supporting our kitchen operations by ensuring all areas are clean, sanitized, and well-organized. You will be responsible for washing dishes, assisting with food preparation, and maintaining the kitchen in accordance with health and safety regulations. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work under the guidance of our experienced culinary team and to contribute to the seamless operation of our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, pantry, and storage areas.
• Assist in the preparation of food items as directed by the kitchen staff.
• Ensure the kitchen is stocked with necessary cleaning supplies.
• Dispose of waste in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and dining room staff to ensure a smooth service.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the kitchen team.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED1,100.00 - AED1,200.00 per month
